Delivery & Returns

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service.

Please ensure that your address is correct before placing an order.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
Please Note – It Is Possible That Although Stock Is Showing On The Website, We May Have Sold Out Of The Item Before The System Is Updated, In This Instance We Will Contact You Via Email To Inform You And You Will Have The Choice Of Waiting For The Item To Come Back In Stock (Usually Within A Week) Or A Refund/Alternative For That Item/S.

Our Order Processing Time Is Normally 7 Working Days- Monday Till Friday.
We use our in house delivery service or for longer distances we use a courier. 

Fosseway Furniture will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods.

All products leave our premises in the specified condition. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Fosseway Furniture shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Delivery
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Fosseway Furniture shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Delivery will be a one man team unless otherwise stated 

Please note that ALL customised items (painted/sanded/stripped) may take up to 2 months to complete

If a courier is required for delivery due to distance, it is solely up to the customer to liaise with the company used. Fosseway Furniture is not liable for any damage caused in transit and thus any caused is completely up to the customer to seek compensation from the courier company In question.

Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Fosseway Furniture then you have 7 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in the exact condition it was collected or delivered in. A credit note will be given instead of a refund 

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a credit note or replacement provided we are aware of this within 3 working days.

If you wish to return an item(s) and delivery has been provided, it is up to the customer to pay and return the item(s) in the exact same condition they were delivered. No refunds on delivery charge will be issued. 

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

No returns or refunds on customised items (painted and/or sanded/stripped/varnished or otherwise altered from their original state) 

Cancellation Of Orders
If you want to cancel your order you must do that within 24 hours from placing your order as in some cases the orders are prepared for delivery by the next day and when in transit the cancellation is not possible. Please refer to return Policy. If you cancel your order within 24 hours from placing your order a full refund will be arranged at our earliest convenience.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if held by Fosseway Furniture for 7 days or more.
